The process once you buy your artwork:
Once you pay, we will receive confirmation of your order and we will then confirm with you by email within 24 hours that your purchase order has been processed. We will then quote you for shipping.
Bundilla Gallery will ship your chosen artwork following the receipt and bank clearance of the sale price either via credit card or bank transfer.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars
If the delivery is overseas, you may be required to pay customs, duty and port charges in the country where the art is delivered. Any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility and the buyer should make their own enquiries.
The art will be sent to you framed or unframed, depending on what has been agreed with you.
Returns and Refunds
We at Bundilla Gallery have a returns policy that allows the customer 7 days to identify any issues from time of receipt of said artwork or works and notify Bundilla Gallery via email at email@example.com or phone: (02) 8046 6823.
At the receipt of any refund request Bundilla Gallery will notify the customer within 24 hours and communicate and rectify any issues by either supplying a full refund or store credit depending on the outcome of communications between Bundilla Gallery and the client, less any cost that may be insured by Bundilla Gallery.
We at Bundilla Gallery will not incur cost of logistics for the refunded item unless issues brought forward are that which arise from Bundilla Gallery being at fault.
The refund will not be payed until receipt of refunded items are received back in stock at Bundilla Gallery at which communications will be made with the client to finalise refund and email confirmation of refund will be sent to client.
Bundilla Gallery will ensure deliveries within Sydney Metropolitan area are made within one to two work days on receiving order and payment. The client will receive confirmation of dispatch to arrange a time for delivery. Outer metropolitan and interstate and overseas orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving order and payment. The client will be notified as to additional charges regarding shipping via email or phone. Customer receive email with tracking number once additional charges are confirmed and paid. Shipping for the above mentioned desinations will take between 3 days to 10 days and customers will be notified that items have been shipped by email or text with tracking number attached.
